My wife and I make all of our products ourselves at the Vermont Food Venture Center based in Hardwick VT. We source local ingredients whenever possible including local vermont rhubarb, apple cider, maple syrup, hard cider, apples, etc. We also use local distributor Black River Produce and we regularly attend Vermont events and festivals including Vt Cheesemakers Fest, Vt Life Wine & Harvest Fest, Bennington Garlic & Herb Fest, Quechee Balloon Festival, etc. We feel we are part of the Vermont Food system because we work with the center for agricultural economy attempting to source directly from Vermonts farmers and producers and trying to work with all of our fellow Vermont producers to learn and grow together. We are also a member of the Vermont Specialty Foods Association.
