The herd of Vermont Heritage Linebacks, a heritage landrace breed, produces the milk that the team at Sweet Rowen Farmstead crafts into amazing cheeses, yogurts, dips, and spreads. Sweet Rowen Farmstead has always been committed to farming with sustainable and regenerative practices and is now in the process of transitioning the farm to certified organic! RSVP and enjoy dinner baked in NOFA-VT’s wood-fired pizza oven, followed by a farm tour.
