The ACORN Food Hub, located in Middlebury, VT offers local supply chain support to aggregate, market, and distribute food products from producers and farms around Vermont’s Champlain Valley. The food hub also provides farm to school support to local schools, consumer education, transparent pricing, high-quality customer support and houses the Farmacy: Food is Medicine program.
