Alchemy Gardens

Rutland native Scott Courcelle and Lindsay Arbuckle grow nutrient-dense mixed vegetables, herbs, and starter plants on leased land in Shrewsbury and West Rutland. Alchemy Gardens sells at the Rutland Farmers Market year-round, to restaurants, school cafeterias, and through a CSA Farm Share program. Education is a key component of the farm, which hosts field trips and workshops and has a working collaboration with Stafford Technical Center's Culinary Arts program.
