Char Associates

Char Associates is an independent educational consulting firm specializing in program evaluation and educational research. Founded by Dr. Cynthia Char in 1996, we are based in Montpelier, Vermont. We have clients throughout the United States who are involved in formal and informal education. Our clients include educational, community-based, and social change organizations, museums, schools and universities, government agencies and foundations, and media companies and publishers.
