The Tillerman Inn & Restaurant

We work on a historic property that dates back to the late 1700's. Our vibe is old New England meets Northern California meets a flower market meets a farmers market meets a warm vibrant community.

Our open kitchen with a wood oven is the heart of the restaurant. We serve family-style wood fired fare, crisp greens and vegetables from farms a stone's throw away (even in winter), and all manner of loveliness from hardworking Vermont farmers, makers, and cultivators. Our sourcing is everything.
