Daily Tasks include:

Assisting Chef in Pasta and Vegetable Processing

• Packaging, labeling and properly storing Pastas and Sauces
• Basic Vegetable Preparations
• Kitchen Cleaning, dishwashing and sanitizing duties
• Daily Logs

Assisting in Farm Manager in Chicken & Farm duties

• Cleaning vegetables & eggs
• Bed preparation
• Seeding & transplanting
• Trellising
• Harvesting
• Assisting in general chicken duties
