Description

The Vermont Foodbank seeks a self-motivated, energetic Food Access & Gleaning Intern. This internship position reports to the Senior Manager – Community Engagement. The primary components of this position include assisting in gleaning and distributing produce within Chittenden County alongside the Food Access & Gleaning Program Assistant and Senior Manager – Community Engagement. This position provides an opportunity to deeply engage with food access in Chittenden County especially regarding fresh and culturally responsive foods.  

 

The expected work schedule for this internship is: 

  • Up to 15 hours a week 

  • Approximately May 28th, 2024 – November 15th, 2023 (dates flexible).
