The HR Manager & Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive, organized, and mission-aligned workplace at Philo Ridge Farm. This person is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the farm office, supporting financial and accounting processes, and overseeing essential aspects of our people-centered practices including onboarding, compliance, benefits coordination, and employee engagement.
This is a key position that upholds the values of integrity, care, and professionalism, ensuring our internal systems support the well-being and productivity of our team. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of administrative rigor and a human-first mindset to the role.
This role reports directly to the Executive Director and provides critical support across all
departments, helping to ensure Philo Ridge Farm operates with both efficiency and heart.
Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
