Demand for Specialty Foods Leads to New Processing Facilities

The increasing number of Vermont specialty food producers--many of them farmers--is creating a demand for facilities where they can make their products, like Micropack (South Burlington), Vermont Food Venture Center (Hardwick), and Mad River Food Hub (Waitsfield).
