“It is our intention to bring the holistic community to the attention of the public through a highly accessible printed directory and the website holisticnh.org”, states Sonia Gaudette, Creator and Facilitator.

Gaudette continues, “We are a local organization looking to connect, communicate and collaborate with the holistic and alternative community to bring awareness to the public of all the available resources in NH and surrounding areas. And at the same time, develop a professional network for all of the alternative and holistic practitioners and businesses.”

Phase one features the founding members of the website – launched this week, phase two (October 15, 2021) will bring in the inclusivity of the site with over 1700 practitioners in the state freely listed and searchable by name, location, and category. Phase 3 (November 2021) will create a private members section for practitioners.

“We are set to become the premiere resource of all the holistic and alternative practices, associated businesses, options and possibilities in New Hampshire and surrounding communities (25-mile radius)”, Carolyn J. Phinney, Co-Collaborator, explains. “We are doing it through our 3-tiered approach”:

  • Technological Level: IntroducingHolisticNH.org – an online directory, a comprehensive resource center explaining each of the 50+ categories and a calendar of events. A newsletter, blog and podcast are in development.
  • Grass Roots Level - Pathways to Wellness, an exclusive directory printed by region throughout New Hampshire and its surrounding communities. Monadnock Region’s Pathways to Wellness is set to print in October and we are already creating Upper Valley Pathway’s to Wellness. Slated for this winter are the Northern NH and Mt. Washington Valley Directories! Central NH, the Seacoast and South Central has been printed and distributed. We will have the entire state covered with 7 regions by the time we are done. 7500 copies per region will be printed and Free distribution includes: Advertisers, Health & Wellness Centers, Physical Therapy Offices, Chiropractors, Grocery Stores, Pharmacies, Coffee Shops and Cafes, Retail Locations, Convenience Stores, Recovery Centers, Visiting Nurse Associations, Chambers of Commerce, Medical Facilities and many other locations. The response has been incredible, and copies are picked up very quickly. Potential clients and customers can pick them up at no cost. Here is the link to the South Central Edition.
  • In-Person Level: Events – Holistic NH is set to host expos, seminars, workshops, and summits. Along with retreats, professional conferences and symposiums.
  • Holistic NH LLC is committed to developing a platform that serves both the general public and the alternative and holistic community! “It’s a need and we are committed to being the conduit of connection for both.”
