Vermont Coffee Company, Ben & Jerry’s & WIZN proudly present Salvation Farms’ Aid – Friday, November 1st at ArtsRiot on Pine Street in Burlington – a benefit concert for Salvation Farms. Salvation Farms, a Vermont non-profit works with farmers and partners to move wholesome, locally grown foods that have no market to those in need of nourishment - working toward a future where communities are increasingly fed by local farms.

Join in celebrating this noble cause. Doors open at 7:00 pm, music starts at 8:00 pm. This is a $20, all ages show.

Inspired by Farm Aid, Salvation Farms Aid features some of your favorite Vermont musicians covering the music of past Farm Aid performers. This year’s line-up includes: Marie Claire performing Bonnie Raitt, Bill Mullins Band performing The Kinks, John Fusco with the X-Road Riders performing John Mellencamp, Seth Yacovone performing Neil Young, and Blues for Breakfast performing Bob Dylan.

While the performers and music they will cover is enticing enough, the event’s silent auction will include a signed, framed poster from Phish, a collection of books from Chelsea Green Publishing, a special package stay at Jay Peak Resort, among other items. Ticket sales and silent auction benefit Salvation Farms.

In addition to Salvation Farms Aid presenting sponsors, Rock Art Brewery, City Market, and The Alchemist have provided support for the event.
