The Scott administration has committed to adopting a SNAP Food Restrictions Waiver by the end of 2027. The waiver would further restrict what people could buy with 3SquaresVT benefits. We learned that the state administration plans to host a public comment period, and we will keep folks updated once those details are shared with us.
