The Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets (VAAFM) is seeking a consultant to collaborate with the VAAFM IDEA team and Agency leadership to establish a robust baseline understanding of the practicing condition around principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within VAAFM and engagement with VAAFM’s stakeholders and constituents and develop and implement a plan to improve engagement and outcomes across the Agency and in the Vermont food system.
