Willing Hands supports 12 Early Childhood Centers with a VT Dept of Ag CSA Grant

This spring Willing Hands was awarded funding by the VT Agency of Agriculture’s “Local Food for Schools and Child Care” program to purchase CSA shares for a dozen early childhood education centers in the Upper Valley. According to both staff and kids, the program has been a great success, not only providing delicious local food, but also allowing the children to develop a greater understanding of where their food comes from.
