Trying our best to be good stewards of the land, we carefully manage our sugarbush with VOF approved tapping standards, and woods maintenance, allowing for an environment rich with animal life.

We strive for maximum efficiency in our production practices. With over four decades of experience, this has culminated in a mountain full of history, an evolving sugarhouse that meets the needs we have grown. A local experience - from tap to table!
