Valley Dream Farm grows diversified organic crops using only certified organic methods to protect our farmland and environment. These efforts provide our CSA members fresh, flavorful and nutrional produce. We also sell vegetables, herbs, flowers, as well as bedding plants and hanging basketsat our farmstand. We now offer farm dinners with a farm tour every Tuesday, seasonally and private groups can be arranged. Valley Dream Farm continues to support our local farms and community.At our Farm to Table dinners we provide an educational tour and a delicious dining experience. The farm is set in the picturesque “Pleasant Valley” outlined by gently rolling organic fields and a breathtaking backdrop views of the majestic Mt. Mansfield. After the tour, guests mingle with the farmers while enjoying appetizers. Guests are then seated in an outdoor covered setting for a Valley Dream Farm 7 course meal experience prepared by our “GUEST CHEF” of the week, Dinners include 2 proteins and our certified organic vegetables and herbs, picked at their peak of freshness. Meals are served family style. Our dinners are complimented with many delicious local foods and Vermont flavors. Every dinner is a unique delicious surprise. Families are welcomed. A vegetarian option or allergy must be pre-arranged but is always available. BYOB – openers and wine glasses will be provided.
