Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA)
58 East State Street
Montpelier, VT 05602

For over four decades the Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA) has partnered with Vermont banks and other lenders to provide low-interest loans to Vermont businesses and farms, both large and small. VEDA has a program dedicated to providing agricultural financing -- the Vermont Agricultural Credit Corporation (VACC) -- which works with all types of farming and forest product operations. Farm loans are available to strengthen existing farm operations, encourage diversification, support beginning farmers, and to encourage marketing and processing of Vermont agricultural products.
