The Policy PST (Priority Strategy Team) is tasked with implementing "Priority Strategy 30: Build a comprehensive and fully aligned state-level agricultural policy roadmap". The roadmap is intended to provide a means to annually review existing and proposed policy objectives, get input and gauge support for policy ideas (including from the public), plan and coordinate legislative strategy before each legislative session, increase the likelihood that policy proposals complement each other and align with strategic priorities, and enable more proactive policy making that meets the needs of food system stakeholders.
