Northwest Vermont Cold Storage Survey
The Fairfield Farmers Market Online (FFMO) was awarded a grant through the Healthy People, Strong Communities initiative to establish a Community Cold Storage site to benefit the community at large. This can include growers and producers for the FFMO, the food shelf and senior meals, area schools, retail and wholesale operations and/or local residents. To better understand the needs of the community, we ask for your time in answering the following questions. Please consider forwarding the survey to other interested parties!
