Vermont Farm to Plate's CSA & Healthcare Community of Practice (COP) has released their 2025 Data Report. The COP has been aggregating data among the five produce prescription programs for the past five years, you can read through the resource collection here [link]. Together, the programs are reaching over 1,100 Vermonters and purchasing $153,081 of produce from local growers.
