The Food as Medicine Data Collection brings together statewide insights on how healthcare-linked nutrition programs are improving health outcomes and addressing unmet needs in Vermont. Featuring the 2024 CSA & Healthcare Community of Practice Data Report and the Food is Medicine in Vermont Unmet Needs Analysis, this collection highlights the reach, impact, and emerging value of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) partnerships, produce prescriptions, and other food-as-medicine interventions. Together, these reports illustrate how cross-sector collaboration is expanding access to nutritious food, identifying gaps in care, and advancing a more equitable, value-based approach to health and wellbeing across the state.
